Description:
Bring your appetite, family and curiosity to learn some new and current BBQ techniques. Join Chef James Chavez for the afternoon as we get ready for the BBQ season. Chef Chavez will discuss preparing Tri Tip using the Sous Vide method. We will also use a drum smoker, pellet grill and weber grills to cook the tri tips and other bbq favorites. Food and drinks will be provided.
