Presenters Bio:

Rhuan Rogerio: Rhuan Rogerio is the Business Development Manager for Wells Fargo Practice Finance in Southern California, helping Healthcare Practitioners in all of their Private Practice Finance needs, from equipment purchases, practice loan refinances, helping new doctors acquire or start new practices, buying owner occupied commercial properties, expanding and remodeling their practices, etc., managing relationships in San Diego County, Inland Empire Region, and Imperial County. Rhuan has over 15 years of experience in commercial credit review and analysis and enjoys utilizing his experience to help doctors successfully transition into practice ownership, and continue helping existing doctors expand and grow their practices.

Sean Sullivan: An NYC and Pittsburgh, PA transplant, Sean graduated from SDSU with a BS in Business Administration and Marketing. He’s a dental industry veteran with more than 29 years of leadership experience as a sales representative and General Manager with Patterson Dental. He’s recently leveraged his skills to invest in his own company, ddsmatch So Cal. As a dental practice broker he only represents the seller and features the Trusted Transition Process to identify the ideal match for a smooth practice transition. 

Scott Lyons:  Scott Lyons holds a degree in accounting , and Juris Doctorate and a Master in Laws in taxation and is a graduate of the university of Arizona and the University of San Diego. A member of both the California Society and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Scott is a licensed certified public accountant in California and Arizona. He is also a Real Estate Broker. Scott has over twenty five years of accounting experience.

Matthew Odgers: Attorney Matthew W. Odgers is the owner and founder of Odgers Law Group, a dental law firm based in San Diego, California. The practice services clients throughout California with an emphasis on practice sales, associate employment agreements, dental office leases, partnerships, and estate planning for dentists. After graduating from Purdue University in three years with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Matthew Odgers spent a year in Seoul, Korea teaching English. From there he moved back to San Diego where he started law school and developed a passion for healthcare law. In 2013 Attorney Odgers decided to branch out and start up his own firm to better serve the legal business needs dentists.
