After a successful career as an HR executive in San Diego, Cathy started her business in 2006 to focus on small and mid-size companies in any industry. With her broad range of experience, she provides exceptional services in the many aspects of HR. Her personal philosophy is that employers and employees want to do the right thing. That all employees, regardless of performance, are worthy of respect. That there are positive ways to handle even the most unpleasant situations. That there is a solution for every problem. That being employee-focused and running a successful business are not mutually exclusive. She still finds HR the dream profession since she graduated from SDSU and brings this enthusiasm to her clients.
