Course Description:
Dentistry is a wonderful profession, but we can lose sight of this during our daily toil. Let us not just complain about the cost of running a dental business but let us find ways to succeed. Let us focus on what we can do to improve the lives of our patients and enjoy the relationships we forge. But to do this we have to have a supporting team and knowledge so we can provide services with high ethics, and value to our patients. This presentation will focus on developing the team, creating the relationship with our patients, and then providing them with many different services to increase the value our patients place on our care. We will delve into the many distinct aspects of dentistry from our ‘simple’ direct restorations and steps we can take to create predictability in our direct restorative work, to moving teeth, replacing teeth, and how to bring it all together.
Learning objectives:
- Understand how to create a positive working environment.
- How to welcome your patients and involve them in their care.
- How to add value to your hygiene services that benefit both patient and team.

- Compare the techniques of tissue management using soft tissue-lasers or hemostatic agents.
- Evaluate the new thoughts on endodontic irrigation and obturation to improve your success.
